Log the questions people ask you for a week, then feed that to an AI

sweetmelon team · Operations

Four people in the shop and you're the one everybody asks. Which supplier takes a rush job, what to charge when a customer changes the order halfway, when a reprint is on us. None of it is written down anywhere, because it lives in your head and in three years of emails. Don't start by hunting through folders. Spend a week writing down what people ask you and what you answered, as it happens. That file, along with the price lists and supplier terms you already have, is what you feed an AI assistant. Then tell the team to ask it first and come to you second. The routine questions stop reaching you. The odd ones still do, and those were always yours to answer anyway. The part that decides whether this lasts is what happens next time something new comes up. You answer it, then add that answer to the pile the same day. Skip that for a few months and people go back to asking you, because the assistant will be confidently repeating a price you stopped using in spring.
