Have an AI route each complaint to the one person who can fix it
Feedback summaries go out to the whole team twice a week. Everyone reads them. Nothing gets fixed, because a problem addressed to everybody belongs to nobody. Route it instead. Write down which part of the product belongs to which person, then have the AI sort incoming feedback by that list and send each item to the one name it concerns. Send evidence rather than a summary: the session where someone gave up halfway, the error they hit, the sentence they typed. Keep the digest if people like reading it, and stop expecting it to cause repairs. The small things start getting fixed the same day, because the message arrived addressed to one person who can fix it. What you can't hand over is the order of work. The AI groups and routes; someone still decides that the checkout bug outranks the twelve people asking for dark mode. Leave that with a person, or you'll ship whatever was loudest this week.
