Give each account a page the AI can actually read

sweetmelon team · Operations

The renewal call is at ten tomorrow. You're going through the CRM, then your inbox, then the ticket queue, trying to reassemble what went wrong three months ago and whether it was ever properly resolved. Give each account a page with three parts, kept apart on purpose. The facts sit at the top: plan, contract value, renewal date, who signs. Those change, and they come from the CRM, so they can be synced in. Below that, your read on the account: how the renewal conversation should go, when to raise the upgrade, which topic to avoid until the migration is done. Nobody can write that part except you. Underneath, the events, each call and ticket appended with a date, ideally dropped in automatically. Hand the page to an AI and ask what's going on with this account. You get an answer that knows the sequence, rather than a summary of whatever you happened to paste. Test it on an account you know inside out, with a question you already know the answer to. Ask why they dragged the last renewal to the final week. If the answer is vague, the page is thin, and you'll find out now instead of five minutes before the call.
