Use AI to work out where a prospect is hurting, then write the note yourself
Your cold emails go nowhere. The people you're writing to can have an AI solve a small problem in an afternoon, so a note about saving them time reads as noise. Before you think about a list, read what a company has said publicly lately, even something as ordinary as a product update, and look for something they're in the middle of changing. Hand that text to an AI and ask it to think like someone who has done this kind of work before: where does a change like this usually break first, and what are they probably patching by hand in the meantime? Take one of those points and write a short note about it yourself, ending with a question. No pitch, no offer, nothing about what you sell. Your list gets a lot shorter, and every email you send has something specific in it. Whether anyone writes back is still up to them, and most won't.
