Have an AI research the person and draft in your own voice

sweetmelon team · Sales

You gave up on sending fifty identical emails a day. Now you send four, and each one costs you half an hour of reading someone's posts before you can write a first line worth sending. Let an AI do that reading. Point it at what the person has published publicly and ask for a page on them: the topics they keep coming back to, what's been on their mind lately, and any real overlap with you, an old employer or a project you both touched. Then let it draft, but give it more than the brief. Feed it three or four emails you actually sent that got replies, so it has your rhythm rather than the house style of a language model. Add the things it must never write: a warm-up paragraph, a compliment about their work, any claim you can't back. Cap the length at what you'd write yourself, which is usually shorter than you think. Read the draft and send it when it's right. The research and the first draft come to you in a couple of minutes, and the part that decides whether anyone replies is still a judgment you make, one email at a time.

One vote per person.
