Make the AI mark what it couldn't verify against your master data
The purchase orders and pack lists you send out get acted on. A wrong SKU means a retailer orders the wrong thing, and nobody finds out until the pallet arrives. An AI puts these documents together quickly and neatly, which is the problem: every line reads with the same confidence, whether it came from your product data or from the model filling a gap. Set two rules before it drafts anything. Every SKU, quantity and date has to be checked against your master data before it's allowed into the document. Anything that fails that check, or that you never gave it a source for, stays out as a fact and goes in as an assumption, with a note saying what's missing. Now the document arrives already sorted for you. The lines that matched are the lines you can send; the flagged ones are a short list of questions, usually three or four, and they're the ones worth your afternoon. Checking every line against master data is slower than letting it write freely, and it's the reason the errors it catches are real ones rather than typos.
