Before you fix it, have three AI reviewers try to break the diagnosis
Say you run ads for a product launch. One morning the dashboard shows your best numbers ever, while actual orders have almost stopped. By ten you have a theory that explains all of it, and it's tidy enough that you don't quite trust it. Before you spend the afternoon on a fix, you want someone to try hard to prove it wrong. Write a one-page brief: what you saw, the raw numbers, what changed last week, what you've ruled out, and your theory written as something to disprove. Paste it into three fresh AI chats, each with its own job. One defends your current setup and argues against the fix. Another starts from the assumption that the theory is wrong and designs the cheapest test that would show it, and the last looks up how other advertisers handle the same gap. Ask all three to answer in the same format so you can compare them. Then paste their answers into a fourth chat. Have it list where they disagree, and ask you one question at a time about what the brief left out, like the tracking change you forgot you made. You come away with a few tests ranked by cost, and sometimes a good objection to the fix you were about to build. Run the cheapest test before writing any code. Keep the chats separate, since three roles in one long conversation drift toward agreeing with you.
