Have an AI review last week's posts and rewrite next week's
You run the company's social account on top of your actual job. Posts go out on schedule every week, and you still can't say which ones people actually read. Once a week, give an AI last week's posts along with when each went out, how many people saw it, and how many replied. Ask for a short recap of what seemed to land and what fell flat, then have it rewrite next week's drafts with that in mind. You read the rewrites, and only the ones you agree with go back in the queue. Early on the numbers will be too small to show much. When the recap can't tell posts apart, have the AI look at a few accounts about your size in the same space and turn one idea from them into a test post for the coming week. Each week leaves you with a recap and a batch of drafts you've signed off on. Give it a month, then check whether replies have picked up before deciding the routine is worth keeping.
